weird means strange and unusual or difficult to understand
I don't understand what your question is about the other two sentences!!

I asked her a question is correct
because that's the correct form ;D

enclose is quite different I believe :-?

enclose involves a kind separation in it's meaning which surround doesn't

Hi there,
First of all, you're not allowed to write in Persian here! :-"
Then,It's your homework and ,in fact, your responsibility to find the words, their meanings and usages!
So you can look them up in your dictionary, and I recommend Oxford Advanced Dictionary because the difference of the syns are also mentioned there. :)

why do we use "a" with "mustache "?

Cuz it's a countable noun.So You can't leave this singular noun without any articles.
Whenever you use a countable noun in a sentence, you must use "A" or "An" if it's singular. And if you're talking about more than one,you must say "mustaches".

Nope, the whole line of hair on the upper lip is called a mustache so you can count it.

And also remember that "hair" itself can be both countable and uncountable.
Examples:
1.[Uncountable]
Her Hair looks shiny.
2.[Countable]
There's a hair in my soup.
