i am vise versa. it's many times that i like to shout and say you are only a shit but i can't. cause i cannot see innocent of others. so i don't say any thing . but now i cannot talerate any more.

I think if ur not very good in speaking u must start with the easiest way of speaking u can use. Simple words and grammer. I myself have two friends at school to whome i speak english all the time. Remember knowing vocabulary is one thing and knowing how to use it is a whole other thing. And the only way to know how to speak is practicing. It's alright if t can't find a native american , cuz t can talk to ur classmate instead.
All in all don't get a hard time on urself cuz of speaking it's much easier than u think. :)

what do you mind to speak about ..
in this days،explotion of medical resulats indicates that if we dont care about our life style we will take cancer..
fare and time of sleaping..motion and phisycal activites..
but we abondon them..that of can highthen our quality of life
some time it is due to we dont believe the result
but some times we know some thing is useful and another is dangerous but we do which is temporary facinat..

but i think language is only an instrument to reach our goals..does nt have autonomos use

and by second language you can do!
