It's been a while something in my head is bugin' me and I can't say it...I can't express it.I'm gonna be crazy some day...
by the way...a question if you answer it may be helpful for me.when you're sad,what makes you ok?when your disappointed what gives you hope?

talking with my mother .. she is amazing , she knows everything about me ... when I'm sad , she talks to me calm and logical and convinces me that I can improve everything and I should be OK to reach my goals ... ​

I guess writing will help u. write down everything that is going through ur head and then destroy the paper!so no one can reach it

wow ? destroy it ?: o come on she/he can hust keep'em some where safe if she/he doesnt want anyone to read'em( and i dont really think sb will come n read'em ) so a few years later she/he can read'em and they're memories anyway, good or bad it doesn't matter
i dont think destroying'em is an good idea anyway

+ also u can write in internet , u know make a weblog n write in it

She can burn the paper or tear it.

I do it sometimes.

I agree. weblog is a good idea ... It really helps you to get rid of the problems ... when you write them in a paper you cant become aware of the views of others . but in a blog you can talk about youre problems with other people who dont know you and its amazing . I tried it and it really helped me ...​
