computers are one of the best inventions human have ever done and they are improving really faster than expected but in my idea it is really important to know how to use them. By USE i don't mean for example how to turn it on or make s.th like a power point project, I mean using it in the right way not just as a kind of instrument for filling spare time (honestly, I wish I could learn it myself

company and business is what I'm thinking about! but since it's a rather general topic you can talk about any kind of management you like to

OK. about a manager. Hoom?
Firs of all a manager should be self dependent. it does not mean that he\she should not consult other, but it does mean that he\she should decide himself and should not be afraid of what other would say about his\her decision. so self confidence is necessary
The second trait of a manager I think is charisma. his\her characteristics must be good enough to influence others and his inferiors so they would obey him\her with their will. not with force.
maybe you will say these are trait and characteristic not skills. but these traits should be improved with special training so they can be skill somehow.
Another thing I think is creativity. maybe in big and successful companies there are special persons and special occupations for creativity and making invention, but every big company begins with one person or one small group of persons. so that one person or that few must be creative for making a good-fortune company.
