ِYou're right, it would have been better if I had just used "at least". But I have a tendency to use multiple adverbs wherever it is possible. I know it may not be a good idea, but I kinda like it that way

p.s. Using this combination, "more or less, at least", isn't very uncommon, try googling it(with quotes ,of course), you can find sentences like the one below:​

Yea,that's the point;Wherever more or less is used before at least,it's between 2 commas or there's one after it.
Most of the time,when more or less is between two commas,it means approximately.Depending on where u use it,the meaning changes.
I didn't exactly know what u mean;Since there was no commas & I thought more or less means sth else.(Mostly/very nearly)
So,u should put more or less between two commas.
And It's a really nice sentence,It makes sense now,and I encourage ur tendency to use multiple adverbs.

in this topic we have a class,and have a free discussion like the english class but not like "let's talk" , we should make a group who wants to speak in this discussion, we have same subject ,& each members should say sth about it ,in each session we have a new subject and the members of the grope (students) must to say sth about that subject for example i said speak about sunset and the student should say a sentence about it their sentence must be true(Grammar and vocabulary) and after a 5 true sentence we'll give him/her 1+
and after 3 false sentence we'll give him/her 1 negative point

nowadays , computer become a big part of our life
if your are not able to use computer , you will lose a lot of time
especially in these days that time is so important
I think computer is so good
because it can reduce traffics , expenses and save time
also computer is a easy way for being up to date

I think Pooria's sentence has a problem.But I'm not sure.
My five sentences:
- Nowadays, computers have become very useful and also necessary in everyday life; So if you don't know how to use a one, you'll face many problems in your everyday life.
- Some parents think that computers are bad for their kids. It's not true; They're good if you know how to use them appropriately.
-If you don't know how to use one, you can ask one of the teenagers in your family. They would be glad to help you.
- Computers can be dangerous; You should be careful when working with one.
- Buying a computer is easy. You can start now!
