It's been a while something in my head is bugin' me and I can't say it...I can't express it.I'm gonna be crazy some day...
by the way...a question if you answer it may be helpful for me.when you're sad,what makes you ok?when your disappointed what gives you hope?

talking with my mother .. she is amazing , she knows everything about me ... when I'm sad , she talks to me calm and logical and convinces me that I can improve everything and I should be OK to reach my goals ... ​

wow ? destroy it ?: o come on she/he can hust keep'em some where safe if she/he doesnt want anyone to read'em( and i dont really think sb will come n read'em ) so a few years later she/he can read'em and they're memories anyway, good or bad it doesn't matter
i dont think destroying'em is an good idea anyway

+ also u can write in internet , u know make a weblog n write in it

I agree. weblog is a good idea ... It really helps you to get rid of the problems ... when you write them in a paper you cant become aware of the views of others . but in a blog you can talk about youre problems with other people who dont know you and its amazing . I tried it and it really helped me ...​

If you want to write bad thinks and you dont want to memorize it its a good idea to destroy it but if it is a useful experience you should share it with others .

why just a few people are active here in English forum ?
i mean leaving posts here is really fun there are some forum games u can play
u can talk about many things n share ur ideas
although sampadia has many users just a few people are active here

× attention attention : when u wanna leave a post check the words maybe u've made a mistake in the spelling
ok one mistake is ok two mistakes ok
but when i read some people's posts i cant even figure out what they've written
